1. Scope of Services
We provide professional audio mastering services for music and audio content supplied by
the client. Services are delivered digitally and may include stereo mastering, stem
mastering, or analog/hybrid mastering, depending on the selected service.
We do not provide mixing services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client confirms that:
• They own or have full legal rights to the audio material submitted.
• The material does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The submitted mix is final and approved for mastering.
We are not responsible for issues originating from the mix itself, including but not limited to
distortion, imbalance, excessive limiting, or poor recording quality.
3. Artistic Disclaimer
Mastering is a subjective, creative process.
While we apply professional standards and technical expertise, no guarantee is given
regarding artistic taste, commercial success, loudness preference, or acceptance by labels,
platforms, or broadcasters.
Approval of the final master remains the client’s responsibility.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, each project includes:
• One (1) revision round, limited to reasonable adjustments.
Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
Revisions do not include remixing, restructuring, or fundamental changes to the source
material.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on workload and project complexity.
Masters are delivered digitally in the agreed formats. The client is responsible for reviewing
the files upon delivery.
6. Payments
All payments must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing (B2B clients
only).
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund Policy (Strict)
Due to the nature of digital services:
• No refunds are granted once the mastering process has started.
• If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Dissatisfaction based on artistic preference does not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages,
• loss of revenue,
• loss of data,
• third-party distribution issues.
9. File Storage
Project files are stored for a limited period after delivery. Long-term archiving is not
guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.
Clients are responsible for backing up their delivered masters.
10. Confidentiality
All submitted materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared or used without
client consent, except where required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania / European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
